The Year of The Turning

 Saturday 27^th – Wednesday 31^st May 2006

This year is a highly significant year.  The wave of change this year will be nearing completion on the mental level and be about to connect with the emotional level.  This will be an extremely intense time for everyone on this planet, as humanity as a whole reacts more intensely to emotional shifts than to any others.  By being present at this retreat you will greatly assist yourself in making the necessary evolution, as well as assisting in the grounding of these powerful energies from Shambhala and the Masters to the planet. 

 This year the program will be more extensive than usual, and, as the energy builds from year to year, more powerful than ever before.  For this very significant year, the retreat will be held in Avebury, Wiltshire, UK.  This is a very special place.  The village we will be staying in is at the heart of a stone circle which formed the heart of a whole complex of structures which includes the Long Barrow and Silbury Hill among others.  This area was one which was known to have powerful energies back in megalithic times (the time when the great stones were being erected) and those powerful energies have continued until this day. 

 In the Saxon times it was recognised through sacred springs and many ancient chapels can be seen in the area.  Today, the area is one of the most active for the appearance of crop circles (though unfortunately we may be too late to view any of these interesting phenomena because it will be near harvest time). 

 This year the extensive program will include work with the stones themselves, as well as visits to other sites located nearby.  Some of these are in walking distance.  We are still hoping that local archaeologist and spiritual Gaia worker (who also holds a masters in Quantum Physics) Jude Currivan will be able to join us and give us her local insight.  She has been holding workshops in the area, as well as living nearby, for many years.

 Other parts of the programme include working with the Planetary and Cosmic Grids, as well as Devic forces.  We will also be doing work to cleanse the emotional body and then empower that through Emotional Magic. 

 And all of this in addition to the regular Wesak programme of Journeying to Shambhala, grounding the Wesak energies and meditating on the True Self.  This year the last night ritual will be an Earthfire ceremony. 

 The retreat will be held in the beating heart of this energy.  We will be working from the Social Centre which itself is located within the circle of Avebury.  Because Avebury is a village we will not be able to be accommodated in the same place. Most accommodation is Bed and Breakfast style, so we will meet each morning after breakfast to begin the day’s work.  It is planned that we will be able to have lunch and dinner catered in the Social Centre from lunch Saturday to dinner Tuesday.

 The retreat is from 10am Saturday 27^th to approximately 12pm on Wednesday 31^st May.   Please remember England can be wet at any time of the year, and, although it will be their spring, temperatures are usually in the range of 15 – 20 degrees at that time of year. 

 Things to bring with you to the retreat are:  two unlit candles, any crystals you would like to experience the energy, personal journal if you use one, any ‘magic tools’ you would like to work with, and, if you came last year your blue candle from the circle and any ‘magic powder’ from the circle you have left.  Please bear in mind there are quarantine restrictions in England so it may not be suitable to bring the powder.  This is one of the reasons so many crystals were used last year.  If you bring only the crystals from the ‘magic powder’ they will carry the energy sufficiently.
