CHIROPRACTIC and FRACTOLOGY – Working
the Kundalini
There is a very clear link between energetic healing
and chiropractic. Chiropractic is the science,
philosophy and art of caring for your nervous
system, particularly the central nervous system.
That is, your brain and spinal cord.
The
Kundalini Channel, which is also known as the
sushumna, is the main energy channel in your body
and it corresponds to the spinal cord. This is the
channel for your main life force, known as the
Kundalini. The reservoir for your Kundalini, one of
the primary places it is stored in the body, is in
your tail bone.
All
of this corresponds very closely to the teachings of
a form of chiropractic known as SOT or
sacro-occipital technique. This technique looks at
the spine as though it were a slinky – one long
flexible coil – which is most strongly affected by
what happens at the two ends. In this case, the two
ends are your pelvis, the central part of which is
the sacrum, and your skull, the base of which is
called the occiput. Hence the name.
By
ensuring that both the sacrum and the occiput are
working properly SOT can ensure the flow of CSF or
cerebrospinal fluid around your brain and spinal
cord. This fluid is very important. It is produced
in the middle of your brain by some very special
capillaries which allow the plasma to ‘leak out’
into the spaces around the brain. It then flows all
around your brain and up and down your spinal cord
before it is re-absorbed. This fluid provides a
number of very important functions. It cushions the
brain from knocks and bruises as it keeps it away
from the hard skull. It also provides extra
nutrition and facilitates the removal of wastes.
Because your brain and spinal cord are so active
they need this extra support to do all the thousands
of things they do. Without a proper flow in the CSF
you would soon feel your brain become toxic, you
would probably develop a toxic headache or back
pain, and you would also start to develop other
problems as your nervous system began to
dysfunction.
The
two pumps for the CSF keep it flowing. These are the
sacrum, which moves a little like a fish-tail when
you walk, and the skull, which – believe it or not –
moves in and out at least four times a minute.
Without the proper movement of these two pumps the
CSF would cease to flow and the resulting stagnation
would cause many problems. By balancing the pelvis
and adjusting the skull SOT ensures the CSF keeps
flowing.
As a
working Fractologist who is also a chiropractor I
have noticed that SOT, done just at the right
angle, which differs for each person, also
ensures the kundalini energy begins to flow.
Whether this is because there is a strong
correlation between the CSF and the kundalini has
yet to be established, but I suspect it is the
case. However that is, by ensuring we do get that
flow of kundalini we have been able to increase the
rate of healing 3 to 4 times for some clients. This
is a very exciting breakthrough and we will keep you
informed as we explore this development.

Wesak 2006 is coming. Where
will you be?
We
are now able to release more information for the
Wesak retreat in 2006. Next year it will be
The
Year of The Turning
Saturday 27th – Wednesday
31st May 2006
This year is a highly significant year. The wave of
change this year will be nearing completion on the
mental level and be about to connect with the
emotional level. This will be an extremely intense
time for everyone on this planet, as humanity as a
whole reacts more intensely to emotional shifts than
to any others. By being present at this retreat you
will greatly assist yourself in making the necessary
evolution, as well as assisting in the grounding of
these powerful energies from Shambhala and the
Masters to the planet.
This year the program will be more extensive than
usual, and, as the energy builds from year to year,
more powerful than ever before. For this very
significant year, the retreat will be held in
Avebury, Wiltshire, UK. For more information on the
Wesak retreat please follow this link:

FRACTOLOGY TRAINING: Is it for you?
Many
people do the Fractology training for different
reasons. It isn’t always to become a Fractology
Practitioner. Often times it is for the personal
benefits. This is a training from which everyone
would gain phenomenal personal and spiritual
growth. Here are what some of our current students
have to say about their training:
The reason I started Fractology was
that I always wanted to be a healer, but I have
never came across a skilful healer who would be
willing to share their knowledge with others and
teach them the same skills they had developed. This
is what Catherine Wilkins does.
At the moment I’m at the end of Unit
II [There are 6 Units in the Training] and I’m
already able to assist people to heal their bodies (
to some degree) as well as heal myself. But already
I can see other deeper benefits I didn’t even think
I would gain. Such as:
-
A much better relationship with
myself, as well as better health
-
Deeper and better understanding of
my spiritual path ( I have been doing yoga for 15
years),
-
Better
awareness of how much other people’s energy can
influence us and a greater ability to deal with
it.
I would definitely recommend this
course to everyone who would like to improve
themselves and develop better and deeper awareness
of all the things around them, as well as learning
the skills to manage them. I would also like to
thank Catherine Wilkins for her tireless work and
patience she has with her students and for her
willingness to share her knowledge and skills with
others. Thank you Catherine. Mukti,
New Zealand
Hello, Iam a new student to
Catherine's Fractology Practitioner Training
programme, and I am finding it permeates all levels
of my being. Having done some of the exercises Iam
noticing an increased awareness around deeper
aspects of myself and my patterns and ways of seeing
and feeling and acting. I have known for a long
time that I have the ability to "see" but have felt
this needed some refining and grounding and focus in
a way that allows me to use this for the good of
all. Iam really looking forward to each step of the
training as it is an exciting journey into something
I have waited a long time for....to come back into
my own true self and to assist others to do the
same...Walk in peace....
Shekinah, New Zealand
Fractology training has increased my
health and given me practical ways to heal myself
and others, physically and metaphysically.
Catherine’s course materials have influenced my
spiritual life, my work, my health, my relationships
and my personal development. Catherine personalises
the training to suit my changing experience and
capabilities as I gradually heal from chronic
fatigue. As well as practical training, this course
gives me an understanding of the energetic
principles of life. I would recommend Fractology
training to anyone wanting to expand their view of
life, manage their energy in a healthy way, or
enhance their work, whatever the area. Fractology
also teaches a safe way to heal others. This
training expands my awareness and helps me develop
spiritually and psychically.

KorTar Korner
Here, at Fractology, we have been
privileged to gain the benefits of this remarkable
new-old technology. This is something we believe
everyone would benefit from using. So we have
decided to include this section in our regular
newsletter to help familiarise you with some of the
great benefits and new ideas that are coming out
around this new technology.
What is KorTar?
KorTar
signifies the Atlantean technology beginning to
return to the world. It is
a powerful vibration with a
three-fold significance.
Its Atlantean meaning is
“Leader on the Inner Way”. It is the name of one of
the most powerful toolmakers of early Atlantis, who
was responsible for many of their tools for healing
the consciousness, the energy bodies, the emotions,
and the physical body.
Its
metaphysical meaning
carries the vibration of the Core Star. This energy
emerges when a person is sufficiently aligned to
Oneness that their Higher Self begins to incarnate
in the body, merging with the personality.
Its scientific meaning
is related to the
word ‘cortex’ meaning ‘outer layer’. It is the
outer shell of an extraordinary healing space and
energy which is created in the centre of its
powerful form.
What
does that mean?
It means that there are now available devices you
can use to assist you in your own energetic
development. You do not need to be trained to use
these devices, but they have the ability to heal you
and restore your energy to a level of your own
integrity. Because they work by restoring your own
innate integrity Fractology is happy to recommend
them. In order to create the necessary energy
and integrity in these devices they are all handmade
and are made from pure metals.
What are some of their
uses?
Their uses are many and varied, depending upon which
device you choose. There are available devices
which will expand your energy, focus your energy or
balance and heal your energy. The devices are made
from pure metals (copper and silver for their
conducting ability), and some are gold plated to
increase their ability to conduct energy. There are
other devices which are carved out of crystal. The
KorTar KrysTal has the ability to penetrate deeper
into the body than the metal devices. They are good
for grounding, connecting to the Divine or your
Higher Self, for healing and for many other
purposes. For more information please go to
www.dimondstar.co.nz
What new developments are
occurring?
The
success of the KorTar KrysTal meant that they are
currently out of supply, however, more have been
ordered and we are told they will be available any
day now. Also, there are new ones being cut which
are designed to be worn at the level of your soul
seat and so magnify and empower your integrity.
These will be finished with a sterling silver band
which can either be left plain or gold plated. Each
crystal is slightly different with its natural
facets and thickness characteristics giving them a
distinctive quality.
Where can I learn more?
Dimond Star Enterprises, the maker of the KorTar
devices, will be at the Mind Body Spirit Show in
Sydney from Thursday 17th to Sunday 20th
November. You can find them on Stand G-65

ORGANIC FOOD – Helping the Planet,
Helping Yourself
Organic food is one of those things that most
nutritionists agree on – it’s an excellent idea.
Most plants do not produce the vitamins we need
until the last stages of ripening. This does not
happen with conventional produce. Conventional
produce is ‘force ripened’, meaning that the plants
and fruits are often exposed to radiation or
chemicals, such as sulphur dioxide or rotten egg
gas, to force them to ripen sooner. What this
actually does is start the process of rotting.
Conventional produce is not so much ripe as it has
begun to rot before it has ripened. This will make
the fruit soft, but not nutritious.
A
lot of conventional produce has little or no
vitamins in it at all. This is one of the reasons
that organic food is so good for you. Also, of
course, it contains far less toxins and hazardous
chemicals that could cause a reaction in your own
system. But organic food is not just good for you.
It is good for the Planet as well. Organic food is
produced without the use of synthetic pesticides or
fertilizers. This reduces the amount of toxic
chemicals that wash into our rivers every year. It
also reduces the amount of nitrogen that is washed
into the rivers, and this is very important.
An
excess of nitrogen in our waterways is what is
producing all of that algae that you see
everywhere. The cost of keeping your lawn nice and
green is algal bloom in the local waterways. An
excess of algae uses up all the oxygen in the water,
which makes the water unlivable for many forms of
life, including fish. The loss of local fish
species due to increased algae in the waterways is
larger than most people realise. And this is the
loss of one important step in the food chain. So by
eating organic you are supporting the whole
ecosystem. Now isn’t that a good reason to do it? |

NUTRITION TIP - ‘TIS THE SEASON TO
BE CLEANSING
In
this day and age it is very easy to forget that our
body is a seasonal creature. But there are times in
which our body sends us a clear reminder – and one
of those times is now, the beginning of spring (for
the southern hemisphere). Every year at this time
people experience symptoms such as rashes or eczema,
psoriasis, hay fever and colds. These are all
symptoms of your body’s yearly detox.
Your body evolved eating whatever food was
available during that season. This is why winter is
the only time your body really enjoys eating stodgy
foods, such as breads, sausages, thick soups and
foods with a higher content of fat in them. That is
the foods that were available before methods such as
greenhouses and freezing and vast distribution
chains were invented so that now we can have foods
out of season. These foods are warming and support
your body through the colder months. They also
derive from the foods which were available naturally
through winter – meat, root vegetables and some
grains.
However, every spring your body expects to be able
to detoxify itself from the buildup of winter’s
stagnation, as well as the toxicity accumulated in
the previous year. This is because in spring the
main foods that were naturally available were all
your fresh, spring greens – lettuces and snow peas
and sprouts and spinach and rocket and celery,
etc. All of these green foods contain chlorophyll,
nature’s natural ‘body-engine cleaner’. Chlorophyll
allows the body to gently and effectively release
toxins.
So
if you have any spring body symptoms at present it
is your body telling you it is time to do a
cleanse. Apart from chlorophyll things that are
good for detoxing are: plenty of clean water (which
is not necessarily tap water), |
Exciting New Course Now Available:
Certificate in Etheric Massage
In recent
studies it has been revealed that the use of
alternative therapies is widespread and increasing.
However, it is further suggested that many
individuals are not so much turning away from more
conventional approaches as they are widening their
choices to seek a greater variety of types of care.
This confirms what many practitioners already know;
that it is a large advantage for practitioners to up
skill so as to offer clients a variety of services.
Being able to offer clients more than one approach
to their problem increases a person’s practise.
Further,
some researchers are beginning to suggest there is
some evidence to support the beneficial effects of
some forms of alternative therapy such as spiritual
or energetic healing and therapeutic touch. While
the current research trials are so diverse that
definitive conclusions are difficult, it is clear
the public has already made up its mind. Energetic
healing is rapidly on the increase. This is an area
which any practitioner can up skill to with
considerable advantage.
Massage
is an area of complementary or natural health
service that has always been in demand. By
combining the benefits of energetic healing with
those of massage a powerful practise can be built.
The advantages to the practitioner are: increased
client rapport, increased sensitivity and diagnostic
capability, and increased ability to ease aches and
pains, particularly chronic aches and pains. This
results in increased client loyalty and repeat
visits, increased referrals and a busier practice.
Energetic healing combined
with massage most commonly deals with the first
layer of the energetic system of the body, known as
the etheric body. The etheric body carries the
blueprint for the physical body, which includes a
morphic pattern of any injuries or illnesses
sustained by the client. By releasing tensions
within the etheric body as well as the physical body
a deeper release and healing results. Hence this
type of massage is called etheric massage.
This course is available as
a self-directed learning module. It includes a
self-directed learning manual and two one-day
seminars to complete the practical experience
necessary. |

Case of the Month
As a Fractologist I often have the privilege of
assisting clients who have tried many things with
limited success. One such thing I am often
asked to assist with is weight gain. This is
a difficult, highly charged issue for many
clients.
It is important to remember that adipose tissue or
fat cells don't just store calories. They
also store water (in that they produce some water
when they break down) and toxins. The body
is very clever and when it has more toxins than it
can eliminate or release at a time it builds some
storage space (fat) to get the toxins out of the
way where they won't interfere with vital
functions. This is why many people about 3
weeks into a calorie controlled diet begin to feel
awful. They have run out of storage space
and the toxins are going back into circulation.
By reducing the toxicity in the body most people
lose weight as their body comes back into its
natural balance.
To reduce toxicity, drink more water, exercise
moderately, eat a good clean diet with lots of
leafy greens in it and reduce the stress in your
life as much as possible.
